Balayage and Highlights

Our Salon will do our very best to ensure your chosen colour matches as closely as possible when applied to your hair. However, due to variations in individual hair type, Cheveu Salon cannot 100% guarantee your choosen colour will exactly match when applied to your hair. In particular when you have dark hair – this is a step by step process to get a lighter, even colour and may require more than one appointment.

CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING

We’re excited that you’ve chosen Cheveu Salon to make your hair appointment. However, in the event that you cannot attend after your booking has been confirmed, please allow 24 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling your booking to avoid a cancellation fee.

We send a confirmation text/email as a friendly reminder 48 hours before your appointment date and time scheduled. If you cannot confirm your appointment with us within 24 hours, your booking may be cancelled to accommodate our waiting list.

Cheveu Salon may charge a 50% cancellation fee on any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice given. A 50% cancellation fee may also apply if an extended hair colour or treatment service is cancelled and replaced with a shorter hair care service.

PRIVACY POLICY

Cheveu Salon respects your privacy and is bound by the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 of the Commonwealth of Australia.

We will never share your private information with any third party unless where permitted or required by law.

All personal information collected by Cheveu Salon is used strictly to provide you with professional hair care services at the highest level.

DEPOSITS

Cheveu Salon may request our clients pay a deposit when booking hair care services that require an extended length of service time, for example, Japanese straightening, Mucota treatments and colour services.

ARRIVAL TIME

Should you be running late for your salon appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may do our best to accommodate you. A late arrival may result in your appointment time being reduced or your appointment being rescheduled.

PRICING

Our prices vary depending on the type of service you require. Please refer to our price list for men’s, women’s, and kid’s haircuts, colouring, and treatments. If you have any questions about our current pricing please contact us to request an in-salon consultation.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for all Cheveu Salon services can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard (1.5% surcharge) and AMEX (3% surcharge).
